Direct Service Internships
The Center has two different internship opportunities. Both opportunities are for students seeking course requirements. Please see below for more information.
Direct Service Internship (non-paid): Students under this internship will directly work with the Center's clients by helping manage the flow of the children and families on-site for forensic services. In addition to, helping assess therapy and medical client needs.
Clinical Internship (paid): Students under this internship will engage in assessment, crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic services. The Center is site certified in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) and interns will have the opportunity to learn about and implement NMT principles with clients.
